The restoration of wood flooring is also something we offer. This includes the repair of both laminate and solid wood flooring.
With laminate floors we fill in the damaged areas with a two part filler and then re-colour the area to match the rest of the flooring. We then re-lacquer the affected areas to give a nice, clean finish.
The repair of solid wood flooring is different. First, we sand down the damaged panels, re-stain to obtain the correct colour and then apply lacquer for the appropriate finish. We only work on the affected panels and not the whole floor, which makes it easier for the customer as they will not have to empty the room.
