Mick has restored our 50-year-old Ercol dining table, which we inherited from my parents. It was in a pretty dreadful state, stains galore; food, wine, grease, watermarks and scratches. Mick recently did some work on our dining table, and I wanted to express my thanks. One of the legs had been chewed by our dog, and I thought about throwing it away! But, I saw his advert in the Wolverhampton Chronicle, Googled him, and saw his work on here.

He came round, told us what he could do - and the job was done within a couple of weeks. Table looks brand new again now, the new leg looks brilliant on the table and matches the other ones perfectly. Cannot recommend him enough!

I contacted Ercol after having an accident and breaking one of the arms on my Napoli suite, only to be told that they did not make this settee anymore and would not be able to get the replacement parts. So, they pass Mick's details on to see if he could help.

He came round and said he could make a new arm, and polish it to match the original one. After he had carried out the the work, you would not be able to tell which was the one he had actually replaced.
